COLOR POLICY AND DISCLAIMER We are thrilled that you have chosen to purchase fine art photography from our studio. Please understand, that due to the variations in computer monitors, other devices, screen settings and other technological factors, the color of the finished goods you receive from Dennis Goodman Photography, Inc. may differ slightly from what you see on your own screen.

Color reproduction on the internet is not precise and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor is exactly the same as what we see on our monitor or what will result on the final product. We make every effort to display our images as accurately as possible using high quality resolution on our website, and to reproduce those images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that what you see or receive is an exact representation.

Finally, art is subjective, and every individual sees and experiences colors in their own unique way. We trust that you will find joy and beauty in our artwork and finished goods, but we are not responsible for these color differences.

Return Policy

PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY We are thrilled that you have chosen to enhance your environment with our fine art photography. As of September 1, 2024, Dennis Goodman Photography, Inc. is implementing the following purchase and return policy aimed at enhancing clarity and communication with our clients.

If you purchase a ready-to-hang photograph in stock directly from our gallery, located at 941 4th Ave. N., Naples, Florida, and you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it within 3 days for store credit, less 50% restocking fee, due to framing, printing and wrapping costs, provided the item is in its new, original, unmarred condition and original packaging.

Determination of the quality of the item being presented for return shall be in the sole discretion of Dennis Goodman Photography, Inc. Retail items purchased at the gallery such as books, bags and cards are nonreturnable, final sale. If you purchase any other photograph, of any other size, other than ready-to-hang, through our website or by placing an order with the gallery, that photograph will be created expressly for you.

We require payment in full to commence production of these custom pieces. Work begins on these orders immediately. Therefore, these purchases are non-cancellable, nonrefundable, nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.
